If prepping for, or making war, is our gambit.
A war bias that is historically argued:
“You can’t change human nature.
We have always needed to war !”
Then one dreary day in the near, near future,
Some bright nerd or nerdelle will invent
a new super-type explosive device.
Say one-twentieth the power ye old hydrogen type.
Yielding only 1.56 of a mile of total destruction
— instead of 33 miles of deadliness.
But, to the delight of terrorists and poor countries,
an explosive cheap and easy to make and use.
The Model T, if you will, in military popularity,
will nuclear-ize in mini-deadliness,
the weakest among us fighting “homo-sapiens !”
¿ Then … then what ?
¿ With 193 independent — very sovereign —
nations addicted to fighting and war as a basic right
— then what ?

DWF NewsBob Neumann has been fascinated by world government for close to 50 years and an active member of the World Federalist movement since the 1970’s. Although he left it unpublished, Mr. Neumann completed an original book of poetry on arguments centered on the need for World Government. He completed his B.A., M.A., and graduate work in the fields of History and Political Science. He taught as a secondary school teacher for 22 years and became a General Contractor in his 50’s. In 1992 both he and his wife retired and set out on a grand ten-year world adventure on their 47-foot sailboat. After his travels, Mr. Neumann returned to California in 2002 to resume contracting work and D.W.F. activities.
