While Putin is calling for a Summit meeting, the US Congress and Trump are ramping up for more nuclear weaponry. The Pentagon’s nuclear “modernization” Life Extinction Program is in full gear. It’s what I call a “psychopathic” budget. But a bigger military budget won’t make us more secure, quite the opposite: A Summit meeting is a start in the right direction. They will need to discuss the only permanent solution to stopping a nuclear war — which is to FEDERATE. Putin, Trump and other world leaders must change course and support a “new UN” under the EARTH CONSTITUTION.
The most ominous feature of the new budget document issued Monday by the Trump administration is the prominent place given to the development of a new generation of nuclear weapons, including so-called low-yield weapons, smaller than the bombs that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which are widely regarded as more likely to actually be used in combat.

The document calls for nearly $50 billion to be devoted to nuclear modernization, including $29 billion from the Pentagon budget, and $19.8 billion for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), a unit of the Department of Energy which operates the actual production of nuclear warheads, as well as some of the primary research.
The Trump budget would slash spending on diplomacy and foreign aid while sharply increasing funding for nuclear weapons, a clear indication of the policy direction being given from the White House in the wake of Trump’s acquittal last week in the impeachment trial before the Senate. The debacle of the Democratic effort to impeach Trump over foreign policy differences—while ignoring his real and ongoing crimes against the working class and democratic rights—has only emboldened the White House to press ahead with its program of militarism, austerity and attacks on immigrants.
The budget provides the largest amount for the Pentagon’s research and development budget in 70 years, since the period when US imperialism was engaged in the initial research on the hydrogen bomb and the intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). Nuclear weapons modernization funds rose by 18 percent compared to last year’s budget . . .

Dwf symbolises the aspiration of global people for secure future to the humanity and earth. It also opens a secured path to search for knowledge of laws of nature in itself unto the peace,progress,and happiness of humanity. It lays the road to the realisation of God in the image of man in global cooperation.
Its contra, in divided nations and their cooperation based on nations interests,as it now exists, and reflected in UN charter and institutional structure.
we have confrontation of global public interests with national public interests and contradictions are now more manifested in every global and national forums and issues are sought to be resolved on case to case basis among nations either bilateral or regional or multilateral agreements.
For instance, market prices of almost many commodities are now determined by global average cost prices and supply demand functions and national cost prices are subordinated to global average.
Similarly interest rates of many countries are subordinated to the national interests in global interest rate context regulated by fed and their local cost benefit functions.
National budget are suffocated by global factors like exchange rates and allegations currency exchange manipulations.
The defence budgets are influenced by global technology beyond one’s local knowhow.
The environment and climatic issues are connected to man made activities spread across the national borders beyond national controls.
Therefore now some issues have global in nature and some issues are national in nature in the sense of territorial operation.
Issues which are global in nature and territorial in operation they are now comming in conflict with existing nationally controlled global institutions like UN and its sister concerns.
Populist nationalism and Protectionist tendencies are manifestation of of this conflict and a natural reaction from any affected nation.
This conflict of national and global interests are not that irreconsible one and both can be reconciled in a sovereign federal democratic global structure like in UN reformed on US constitutional structure reconciled to global unequal populations,developments,governing structures.
Reconciliation to global human right to life,liberty and social security can be modelled on Nordic countries at global federal level as part of global citizenship right.
At local national level, right to self determination of its governing structures subject global entrenched citizen ship rights of a man on earth for the time being.
Democratic world federation ought not be a narrow political idea of restricting to one’s prejudiced ideas of democracy and democratic rights which pertains to local nationals right to self determination.
We wish to carry forward the idea democratic world federation in the sense 9f reforming the existing non sovereign to federal democratic sovereign UN as the solution and remedial measure to take the globalisation of humanity as members of one joint family for all rights and liabilities, life,liberty and property.
